Outside of Brexit stupidity Johnson is also the leader of the party of “pre-emptive idiocy” where the tax take from inflation (particularly from energy price increases) is going to make matters worse. A lot of the UK’s medium of exchange will “disappear” reducing general demand! Perhaps if we illustrated this with plastic tiddlywink counters and a toy grocery store Tories might understand!
